Former VAN HALEN bassist Michael Anthony's web site has been updated with the following message:

"Earlier this month, Michael joined SAMMY HAGAR AND THE WABOS on stage at the Palms Casino in Las Vegas, NV. After laying down the bass on a smattering of VAN HALEN tunes midway through the show, Michael returned to the stage for an encore and brought along a couple of his friends to join in on the party — namely, the RED HOT CHILI PEPPERS' Chad Smith and the one and only Joe Satriani. The hard-rockin' quartet then proceeded to tear it up even more as they blazed their way through 'Mr. Fantasy', 'Goin' Down', and an extended version of 'Rock And Roll'."
